• Election finance laws require that all donations over $100 include: a name, address, occupation, and employer.

• Contributions are limited to $1,600 per individual and $3,200 per couple.

• I am a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

• This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
